Autonomous mobile robots require the ability to decide where to go next. A navigation strategy autonomously drives a robot around an environment to fulfill a task, like exploring or looking for wounded people after a major disaster. Development of efficient navigation strategies is a topic of recent interest in mobile robotics. We proposed original solutions to the definition of multiobjective navigation strategies for exploration and rescue applications.
