These were among the first mobile robots in Italy, hence the name: Mo.Ro. stands for Mobile Robot. Mo.Ro.1 was designed and built in AIRLab, Mo.Ro.2 is a commercial platform (Robuter by Robosoft).
The Mo.Ro. robots are still in the Lab (Mo.Ro. 1 at Lambrate, Mo.Ro.2 at the Bovisa campus of Politecnico Di Milano); however, none is turning them on since 2002.
Note: if you need the user manuals for the Robuter, they are in Giulio Fontana's office. Ask him.
