This template takes as first input a Research Topic and returns a paragraph having with the name of the topic as its title, including all the Projects belonging to that Area, visualizing it with the Template:ProjectViz. It can be used to dynamically generate list of Projects grouped by their Research Topic, with the following query:

If you only want to show projects belonging to a single research area (e.g., because you want to list them in the AIRWiki page dedicated to that area) you can use the following query instead:
{{#ask:[[Category:Research Topic]][[BelongsToArea::NameOfTheChosenResearchArea]]|format=template|link=none|template=ProjectByResTopic}}
Of course, the last query will consider only research topics which include
[[belongsToArea::NameOfTheChosenResearchArea]]
in their wiki source code.
