I got my Ph.D. at Politecnico di Milano in 1991. After being a "precario" for a few years, I shortly expatriated to King's College, London, U.K. In 1995 I won the contest for a position as assist. prof. in Computer Science, at Universita` di Milano, Dept. Informatica. In 1999 I moved to Universita` di Milano - Bicocca, where I'm currently assoc. prof. in Computer Engeneering.
